1. Follow @888Sport on X and Retweet the post relating to the prize draw between 9:00am on 7/10/24 and 23:59pm on 10/10/24 (the “Prize Draw Period”) for valid entry and the chance to win the Prize (the “Prize Draw”).
2. You can only enter the Prize Draw once.
3. The winner will be drawn at random from all valid entries to the Prize Draw as soon as reasonably practicable after the Prize Draw Period has ended.
4. If you are the winner of the Prize Draw, we will contact you via X direct message asking you to confirm/provide your name, email address, home address, mobile telephone number and proof of age and identity in order to claim the Prize. If you do not respond to this message within 24 hours, or if you are not otherwise able or available to claim the Prize, we will draw another valid entrant and repeat the process, and you will surrender the Prize.
5. If you are the winner of the Prize Draw, we will arrange delivery of your tickets to you either via email, post or collection at the Tottenham Hotspur Stadium.
6. It is free to enter the Prize Draw, however you must have an internet connection and a public X account.

12. If any prize becomes unavailable for whatever reason, 888 reserves the right to substitute the prize for an alternative prize of equal or greater value. There is no cash alternative available.
13. Prizes may be provided by third parties. In such cases:
(a) 888 does not guarantee, and will not be liable for, the authenticity or quality of any such prizes;
(b) 888 will not be liable for any changes made to any such prizes (including, without limitation, any changes to dates, times, locations or the nature of any such prizes due to interruption, postponement, delay, cancellation or otherwise); and
(c) the winner of any such prize must comply fully with any additional terms and conditions issued in connection with such prize (including, without limitation, any ticket terms and conditions, general terms of admission, dress codes or alcohol consumption restrictions). William Hill reserves the right to withhold delivery of, and/or cancel, any such prize if it reasonably suspects that the winner has not complied, or will not comply, with any such additional terms and conditions.
14. Unless expressly stated otherwise in these terms and conditions, 888 is not responsible, and will not be liable, for any travel or other costs or expenses in connection with any prizes.
15. 888 reserves the right to publish the details of any winners of its promotions (including, without limitation, the winners’ names and X handles) on its @888Sport X account, unless any such winner gives 888 prior written notice that they object to the publication of their details by 888 (such notice to be sent via direct message to @888Sport on X). Notwithstanding, 888 reserves the right to provide any details relating to winners to any applicable regulator or other public authority to the extent required to do so by law.
16. In the event of any breach of these terms and conditions, or a customer becoming ineligible to participate in any promotion (at 888’s reasonable discretion), 888 reserves the right to withhold delivery of, and/or cancel, any prizes under any such promotion and 888 will not incur any liability whatsoever.
17. 888 reserves the right at any time and from time to time to modify or discontinue, temporarily or permanently, this promotion without notice.
18. 888’s decision on a dispute in relation to this promotion will be final. No correspondence will be entered into.

20. The promotion is governed by the laws of England and Wales and the parties submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
