David Moyes is the new favourite (4/9) to be the next Premier League manager to leave their position and a negative result for West Ham this weekend could signal the end of his tenure.
The Hammers host Everton and anything less than three points for the hosts could see the board act swiftly to part ways with Moyes for the second time in his managerial career.
Moyes was not offered a new contract after taking charge of the club for six months in the 2017/18 campaign but has enjoyed reasonable levels of success since returning to the club.
However, the mood at the London Stadium has changed and it appears Moyes has lost the backing of the West Ham supporters. Time appears to be running out for him…
Marsch And Rodgers Not Out Of Woods
Jesse Marsch and Brendan Rodgers are next up at 5/1 and 12/1 respectively. Leicester were slow out of the blocks but the ship appears to have steadied at the King Power Stadium.
Sports betting punters will be keeping a close eye on Rodgers though, particularly as there were plenty of rumours surrounding his status at the helm just a few months ago.
For Rodgers to overtake the likes of Lampard and Moyes in the sack race, Leicester will need to plummet down the Premier League ladder in the coming weeks.
Marsch, meanwhile, could see his odds trimmed further if Leeds crash out of the FA Cup on Wednesday night. A lot is riding on that replay against Cardiff City…
The Leeds manager is charismatic and likeable but results haven’t gone their way since the resumption of the Premier League – and this is a results business.
If Leeds crash out of the FA Cup and Moyes and Lampard somehow see out the weekend, Marsch could come into play if the Elland Road hierarchy decide to act swiftly.

A lot will boil down to that West Ham vs Everton match this weekend. Will it be Moyes, Lampard or could both lose their jobs come Sunday morning? Only time will tell.
Moyes is the odds on favourite but this is no foregone conclusion, particularly if the Everton board want to try and use Lampard as a scapegoat.
The issues at Goodison Park are much deeper than the manager but it wouldn’t be a huge shock to see another cowardly act from the Everton board.
